Spicy Rice
Serves 2 Vegan
| Long grain easy cook rice |
100g |
| Onion |

| Green pepper |

| Vegetable Oil |
30ml |
| Garlic crushed |
2 cloves |
| Cumin seeds |
5ml |
| Oregano |
5ml |
| Ground Coriander |
5ml |
| Paprika |
5ml |
| Allspice |
pinch |
| Pickled sliced jalapenos |

| Fresh tomato |

| Fresh coriander |
To serve |
- Rinse rice and cook, drain and rinse and set aside
- Dice onion and pepper finely and fry with the oil
- When nearly cooked add the garlic and cumin seeds
- Fry for a couple of minutes the add the other herbs and spices
- Stir in the rice and jalapenos and mix well
- Finely dice the fresh tomato and stir in
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander
Great as a side dish for any of our Wraps.
