Tzatziki

Serves 2

Cucumber 1/2
Greek natural yoghurt 150g
Garlic crushed 1 clove
Dill dried A pinch
Fresh mint A few
Salt and white pepper To taste
  1. Wash the cucumber and grate
  2. Mix with the yoghurt, garlic, dill and fresh mint
  3. Season with the salt and pepper
